Missing Asus Acpi Driver Please Install Asus Acpi Driver Windows Xp

Eee PC works smoothly and nice, but i cant install ACPI driver. Everytime, install turns on, but for a while automaticaly 'roll back' changes and driver not install. I dont know, what to do. Windows 7 is better than XP.

But without main ACPI. I will must back on Windows XP. Can anyone help me?
